Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to the current pandemic there maybe delays but we will endeavour to make sure that you receive your package as soon as possible whilst adhering to the new health and safety measures such as social distancing and hand sanitisation. 

Please note that if you do make changes to your order this may result in your current order being cancelled and you will have to start a new order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All shipping rates depends on the country and the weight of your total order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In the U.K. we have a flat rate of £4.70. 

Local delivery

Deliveries are made between 1 to 2 business days after order is confirmed. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout and or email to notify you on the day of our arrival. If the delivery is made and no-one is present to collect it then Royal mail will leave a card with the tracking number allowing you to pick it up from your local depot or arrange a day suitable for another delivery.

International Shipping

AØP Clothing Ltd is based in London, United Kingdom and we do ship worldwide through Royal Mail tracked service allowing you to see the status of your delivery throughout the process. We aim make sure delivery costs are as low as possible with delivery costs starting at £10 and may increase depending on the weight of your total order. International delivery takes between 2-3 weeks to be delivered after dispatch.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AØP Clothing Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at aopclothing@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We aim to respond to you within 72 hours.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at aopclothing@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
